Menu Plan August 20 – 27

First a confession… I don’t follow the menu plan every week.  Shocker, I know.  I use it as a guide but if we have enough leftovers we will have them for lunch or if we decide something else sounds better we will make a change so if you see something on here 2 (or 3) weeks in a row it means we REALLY like it (which is true of some recipes) or we changed it up and added it back in for the upcoming week.

Breakfasts: 

grain free banana blueberry muffins (recipe adapted from Elana’s Pantry recipe for apple cinnamon muffins)

crustless quiche, apple cinnamon muffins

GF sausage stuffed pancake bites, smoothies

grain free apple spice coffee cake, smoothies

grain free blueberry crumb muffins, smoothies

bacon, eggs, grain free pancakes

grain free donuts, smoothies

Lunches:

GF won tons

fools gold chicken nuggets (Eat Like a Dinosaur cookbook) and sweet potato fries

Bacon and Guacamole Sammies

chicken salad over romaine lettuce

leftover chicken enchilada casserole

leftover meatballs, veggies

leftover carnitas

Dinners:

masaman curry (over rice for the grain eaters), salad

Pork Carnitas, Salad

burgers on the grill, grilled veggies, watermelon

grain free chicken enchilada casserole

chicken cordon bleu over spinach (because it was just SO good when I made it last week!)

meatballs in the crockpot, salad

Key West grilled chicken, salad
